Laura is passionate about helping spiritually curious women aged 36-45 who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by life's demands. With five years of experience in coaching, Raynor Massage therapy, and Energy Healing, combined with an extensive 17 year background as an osteopath, Laura brings a deep understanding of the challenges her clients face.

Her coaching provides a transformative experience that integrates self-awareness, innate wisdom, and practical tools to create lasting alignment. Laura empowers women to trust their inner intelligence, release limiting beliefs, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
